Are there any photograph requirements?  Yes

	Digital Photos Photo must be a .JPG file Image size must be 1800 x 1200 pixels or larger
	Scanned Photos Scan your photo at 300 dpi Scan at 150% enlargement of the original photo size
	Hardcopy Photos You may send a hard copy photo; however, we can not guarantee it's safe return.  If you would like to use a treasured family photo, please make a copy and send that instead. Photos should be no smaller than 4" x 6".  Landscape (horizontal) photos work best. Hardcopy photos should not have writing on the back.  The pressure from the pen may cause the writing to appear on the picture when it is scanned.
	Note:  YOU MUST OWN THE RIGHTS TO YOUR PHOTOGRAPH OR MUST HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION TO USE THE PHOTOGRAPH.

If my photo needs to be retouched, can you take care of it?

Yes.  We can do some minor modifications.  We can change the photo from color to Black and White or Sepia toned, and we can crop your photo.  It is important to note that some photos will require cropping in order for the picture to fit on the product.  If your photograph requires cropping, we will contact you to let you know. 

Is it safe to send you my only treasured photo?

If you are sending a hardcopy photo, please do not send us your only copy.  We'd hate for anything to happen to a photograph that means a lot to you.  Please make a copy and send that to us.

Will I receive my photographs back?

Yes, we return all photographs that are sent to us.  We make every effort to ensure that they are not damaged during the production process, but we are unable to guarantee that the photo will be returned in the same condition as when it was sent to us.  If you have a concern about sending a particular photograph, please make a copy and send that to us instead. 

How many different photographs can I use?

It depends on what you are ordering.  In the case of a purse or diaper bag, you may either have one photo only, one photo on each side, or you can send several photos and have us make a collage for you.  When making a collage, it is usually best to have no more than 10 photos.  Pricing on our website includes one photo only.  Additional charges apply for a second photo or a collage.  These additional prices can be found on our order form.  

How are your purses and diaper bags made?

Our purses and diaper bags are made from durable cotton fabrics and bridal satin.  The photos that you send to us are not printed on the fabric and are not an iron on transfer.  Our process actually infuses dyes into the fabric.  This ensures that the photo will not crack, peel, or fade.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Although we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, you should receive your order within 4 to 6 weeks of your order date.  We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible.

Are you able to rush an order?

We do offer a rush service, which places your order higher on our priority list.  The rush fee is $25 per "rushed" item and is charged in addition to the shipping charges.  Rush requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if it is feasible to place your order ahead of other customers.

What should I do if It has been over 4 -6 weeks and I haven't received my order yet?

Please contact us immediately.  All orders should be delivered no later than 6 weeks after your order date.  If we discover that there is a problem with delivering your order in a timely manner, you will be contacted by phone or email.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are sent by USPS Priority mail, and typically take 2 to 3 days from the shipping date to arrive.

Are you able to ship to international destinations?

At this time we are not shipping to international destinations.

Can I pay extra for overnight shipping or expedited shipping?

Yes.  Please contact us to receive a quote on the additional shipping charges.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by check, money order, and credit card.  Credit card transactions are processed securely using Pay Pal.

Are taxes included in the cost of the products?

Sales tax will be added if you live in Texas.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to provide refunds; However, if you discover within the first 30 days that the craftsmanship on your product is defective, you may return it for repair or replacement.  Replacement will only be offered if Hannah E Designs is unable to repair your product.  Below are issues that are not considered to be defective craftsmanship, but are instead a result of normal wear and tear.  While we can fix some of the items below, there will be an additional charge and all shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

• Snags in satin fabric - satin fabric can snag with daily use, whether it's on a purse or a garment.   This problem cannot be repaired by Hannah E Designs.

• Stains that occur with daily use - most stains can be removed with a damp, soapy cloth. 

• Torn fabric around magnetic snap - this is usually the result of opening the snaps by pulling on the handles.  While we do reinforce the snaps, these are fabric bags and this method of opening the snap may tear the fabric in time.

How should my bag be cleaned?

For every day cleaning, use a damp cloth to spot clean your bag.  Your bag may also be dry cleaned.  Although the materials used in the production of your bag are washable, washing it either by hand or in a washing machine is not advised.  This may cause your bag to lose it's shape.

Will they fade and are they waterproof?

Your photos will not fade or run.  We use a special process that infuses dyes into the material.  If you feel the need for additional protection, you can also scotch guard your purse or diaper bag.
